Appointments & Booking

Reserve through the online booking menu or contact the studio by text. Appointments are required so each client receives focused, unhurried care. If your preferred time is unavailable, join the waitlist.

Appointments—especially Saturdays—can fill up several weeks ahead. Booking early gives you the best opportunity to secure your preferred date and allows time to follow any preparation instructions.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and is credited toward the total cost of your service on appointment day.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Review the full salon policy before reserving.

Consultations & Loc Services
Consultations help protect your time, your investment, and the long-term integrity of your hair.

No. Consultations are required before qualifying microloc installations, starter-loc services, and transfer-client loc or microloc maintenance. Standard services such as two-strand twists do not require one unless the booking description says otherwise.

No. The consultation must be completed first so service fit, method, timing, preparation, and maintenance expectations can be confirmed before your installation is scheduled.v

Miss Reese reviews your hair and scalp, service history, desired result, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations. You will leave with a clear recommendation and appropriate next step.

No. Royaltee By Reese does not service Sisterlocks. Microloc services are available for qualifying clients after consultation.

If the consultation determines that the requested service is not suitable, the applicable service deposit is refunded and the consultation fee is retained.

Royaltee By Reese specializes in microlocs, locs and starter locs, knotless braids, natural hair care, silk presses, hair treatments, and natural or braided styles for women, men, and children.

Follow the instructions attached to your exact booking selection. Unless your service includes cleansing, arrive with clean, fully detangled hair and avoid heavy oils or product buildup so your hair and scalp can be properly assessed.

Inclusions vary. Read the complete service description before booking to confirm whether cleansing, conditioning, hair, treatments, trims, or styling add-ons are included.

Products are selected to nourish, protect, and enhance textured hair. Miss Reese chooses professional, natural-based options according to the service and your hair’s needs.

Children’s Appointments
Children’s services are designed to be patient, positive, and age appropriate while respecting salon time and technique.

Yes. Natural hair care, natural hairstyles, braids, and selected enhancements are available for children ages five and older.

Preparation depends on the selected service. Shampoo is included with children’s braid services, but hair must arrive fully detangled. A detangling fee may apply when additional time is required.

The Wiggle Worm fee may be added when an adult or child requires extra time and attention to maintain safe head positioning during a service. Miss Reese gives two reminders to correct head position before assessing the fee.

Yes. Beads Me Please is a hair enhancement or accessory option for eligible children’s styles. Select it with the service or confirm availability before the appointment.

Monday is reserved for VIP appointments. Regular hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
