Appointments Only: All sessions are scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final balance.
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for reschedules or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
Tardiness: Out of respect for all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
